Since the formation of the ISTE Students Chapter in the year 2005-06 (22nd September 2005), the Chapter has been organizing many activities under the ISTE Banner for the benefit of the student and faculty members.
The ISTE students' chapter of COEIT focuses on:
- Providing training to the students to become responsible citizens and professionals.
- Encouraging innovation and excellence in students through various means.
- Publishing half-yearly newsletter to all its members.
- Promoting better career development opportunities and services for students.
- Arranging expert lectures.
- Extending full support for all the national seminars and technical events in the college.
- Enhancing the self-confidence and self-esteem of students.
- Conducting various competitions within the college to enhance the competency and presentation skills of students.
The whole team is guided by the slogans “Transforming Lives, Inventing the Future".
